My finance started a new job working 4 pm till 4 am and I can't go to sleep. I ususally try to go to sleep after 11-12 am after watching some t.v but im alert all night even after he gets home. What can I do to get a restful sleep?

chamomile tea. Sleepytime tea is a real good one. Don't put sugar in it though. Also, when you lay in bed take deep breaths. As you exhale everytime force a part of your body to relax starting at your toes, then ankles, then calves. Close your eyes tightly, but not stressed. Only use your bed for sleeping. If you're doing work on your bed or watching TV your brain associates high stimulus activity with your bed; thus causing sleep disruption.
Exercise more. It will drain you of energy and try drinking herbal tea. Cut out caffeine and reduce your sugar intake.

Drink some herbal tea. Listen to some soothing music. Or, think and do things that relax you like take a bath or listen to a meditation or relaxation CD.

try exercising/get eye covers and ear plugs.
