since it is a co-worker, I would say no. If it had been a stranger or someone you only met once before I would think that he may be interested in you, but it sounds more like a co-worker being friendly is all.

It would depend, did you ask for it or did he offer? If you asked maybe he was just being friendly, if he offered, then he probably just wants to hit it.
