yes, as the toungue is a muscle you can make it a stronger.

but they no only have any video left.

Yeah. You just gotta exercise them like any muscle. For instance, my sister can roll her tongue longways and sideways. Was she born that way? No, she saw my Aunt do it and practiced it until she got it right.
