Rabbis discourage a person from converting to test a person's sincerety. Converting to Judaism was, for hundreds of years, a very dangerous choice to make. In most parts of what is now Europe and the Middle East, a person who converted, if the local Church found out, was "detained" and "persuaded" to renounce Judaism. A person who was determined to stick with Judaism usually ended up being tortured to death. In addition, the local Jewish community would be persecuted as well. The leaders would be arrested and killed and pograms conducted agains the community.
For these reasons, Jews became very very careful about conversions. It's not that we don't want to welcome a newcomer into our faith, it's just that we've learned caution. Rabbis tradditionally discourage a person three times and then present obstacles in the way throughout the conversion process.

There is NO FORCING for anyone to convert to Muslims. Islam is very particular with QUALITY. In Islam QUANTITY is just like BUBBLES on the surface of water. Not stable and always changes position. People who convert himself / herself to Islam are the people who had found the correct path and embrace the TRUE religion. They do it sincerely and on their own accord. These people are QUALITY people who had been selected by ALLAH Almighty to become a Muslim. They have faith in Islam and embrace the religion. Not everyone can become a Muslims unless U are being chosen by ALLAH Almighty to convert to Islam. On the other hand, others make their choice what religion they want to convert to. As such, their QUANTITY increase. They only convert them self to fill up the QUANTITY gap,but does not worship the religion.

It's part of the religion, like the other answerers say.
Jews don't want people who aren't willing to convert on their own and there are no Jewish missionaries.
Islam is already the fastest growing religion and conversion numbers to Islam are at an all time high so it doesn't make much sense to focus energy on something that's already working by itself.

Jews believe that all the righteous of the nations have a share in the world to come -- no need to convert. In Judaism, none of God's children are ever condemned to eternal punishment.

Its our job as Christians to go soul winning and witness to a lost and dying world and to bring them to God, and His son Jesus. I go witnessing once a week and some of the people are so sad, they have no hope because they don't want to hear about Jesus. It breaks your heart.
