not really....i think atmost times it shows sluttyness and major wanting of attention wich already is a major turn off...its all in the style of a girl...and the guy...some guys like girls that dress reveiling...some guys like girls that got style and dress hip hop or sporty...but most guys would probably get turned on by a girl in short skirt...hope it helps...
