What is a person trying to say when they say "eyes on your own paper"?

i was telling someone about how i felt no one cared about me and stuff. when she said that, i didnt know what she meant.

It means that she's trying to say that she caught you cheating off of her or someone else. Or that she saw you reading something that wasn't yours. That's what i've always hear it used for
