pursuing a woman might scare her off....attracting a woman might bring her nearer.....
be yourself....care about her.....care about her feelings........
what do you want to get her for???? for friendship???? a woman really likes someone she can feel close to and trust...if you have that to offer you could probably have as many women friends as you would like

I am not sure how old you are but come on pursuing a woman is about the same as lion on the hunt and very annoying . Attracting women means you are being pursued by them . lol
Honestly attrackting anything means you have something someone else wants of the opposite sex and they get close to check out package

lets put it this way, attracting a woman is wearing that new sexy shirt you just bought last nite.... pursing a woman is buying her a sexy shirt. when you give a gift, your making a statement: I LIKE YOU, I am interested in you, and i want to get to know you...
now im not saying you need to buy this woman a shirt...but something sentimental and sweet...you get my point..
