No good, you say she has a boyfriend, so unfortunately she doesn't feel the same way for you.
You can just ask her out, but she's with someone so just let it be!

wow, thats really over dramatic and corny. The only time I've seen a poem or song work to attract a girl is in a play, but this is reality. You need to warm up to her. Start by talking to her, if she shows interest then just take the plunge and ask her if she wants to go do something some time. It really doesn't have to be a performance. You might just scare her away with something like that. Also if you've asked her out before, or even hinted to it and she's said she doesn't want a boyfriend or makes up an excuse not to, then she's just giving you a polite "no". Don't push it, there are a million other fish in the sea.

Yeah but you are probably moving very fast for her. for example i want to hold you forever and be with you. you will probably scare her off. take it slow and say hi. if she says she doesnt have time for a boyfriend than be her friend and eventually she will see you like her for reals. good luck :D

um...i personally wouldnt like that. its kinda cheesy. why dont you just tell her how you feel, instead of like singing a song, unless she's into that kind of stuff. telling her how you feel i think, would be better than that. then, you ask her out.
