Bloody diarrhea is actually fairly common in cases of canine gastroenteritis. While not life threatening in and of itself, it is a sign that something is definitely wrong. See your vet at the earliest opportunity!
Meanwhile, you can go to the local drugstore and get Immodium. Dosage for Dogs: 0.05-0.1 mg/pound by mouth every 8 hours until you see the vet.

Take the dog to the vet ASAP. My dog has had some blood in her stool before and she was given antibiotics and has been fine ever since. That was at least 8 months ago. However, it could be many things, you need to take the dog to the vet.

My dog started this same thing a few months ago. I thought the end was near. After the vet ran several tests all was ruled out except IBS irritable bowel syndrome. He gets an antioxidant vitamin daily and that takes care of it.
So you should definitely see your vet. but don't get too very worried, it may be something quite simple and easy to take care of.
best of luck

Is she spayed? If not, then it could be that she's going through her period...dogs do do that. If that's the case just wait a couple of days and she'll be all better.
If not, like it's been stated before, high tail it to a pet emergency clinic...this means she has internal bleeding or other problems that are that serious. Hope everything turns out okay!

She needs to see a vet ASAP, either she swallowed something that is stuck in her digestive system and is making her organs bleed,or she has a parasite in her digestive system ,the vet should take an Ex-ray of her stomach and digestive track.

It sounds like she may have a intestonal blockage or rupture. Get her to the vet immediately dont wait. There is nothing you can do for her at home.
