Well, assuming you have a willing partner... Kiss their neck, and while you're kissing, suck in hard, like you're drinking from a straw or something. Keep sucking for a few seconds...and there ya go, your partner will have a hickie.
Try to do it a bit lower on the neck so they can cover it up.

You basically suck the other person's skin until it turns purple. When it's purple there's your hickie. But it's my experience that the person recieving the hickie isn't always happy about it and it's a tell-tale sign you've been messing around. EVERYONE will know.
