He never asks His people to build altars and temples for Him. It was man who insisted on doing it. A reason why he said that someday not one stone will be left standing when He comes. Because His temple really resides in every man's heart and mind and that is where He will always be.

If God is everywhere even in every molecule, then as per this logic, definitely God IS ALSO IN THE temples, mosques and churches etc
But, for those who cannot see the God in the molecules, they can see the God's presence in the temples, mosque, Churches etc...
Then after being accustomed to seeing God in the temples, mosque, Churches etc...., they will be able to see God every where even in the molecules.
Even if someone is able to see God, even then they will go to temples, mosque, Churches etc. to see the presence there since there is a special flavor and appreciation of God there.

It is true that the God is in every molecule but it is also true that we should all remember god with concentration, if we take every molecule in our consideration then our concentration will be diversified. So we need a place where we can leave all other thoughts behind and concentrate towards the most beneficial. And this is why people feel very relaxed when they visit temples, mosques, Churches and Gurudwaras. I would advise you to go to these places and just free yourself from all other worries, you'll get your answer.

i am aware of your idea regarding where God is and i am in agreement with you that God is everywhere.
People put the temples up so that they would have a place to go and acknowledge Gods greatness.
As a Christan i know that the building is not the church the temple is the body and the soul is within the temple. still i understand how people want to come together and say thanks to GOD for all of this . we do what we imagine is pleasing to God and we do what we belief is pleasing to God one of the things that is common to all the major religions is the building of some sort of gathering place that is then treated most often as holy as we or they have built this place to thank God and to learn more about him and to worship him in a manner that again the people figure is what God wants.
my father was a minister and i remember well having the services outside in the summer sometimes . i think that was to show God we know he is not confined to any place and that the church is the people who believe in Jesus Christ as the Son of God. maybe the summer services like my dad held are more in keeping with what you think God wants.
i am pleased that you know God is present real and beyond all the space that is was or shall be.

Everybody know that Morning walk is very good for health & if one do than he will be fit & healthy but tell me how many people do that. Similarly God is in every molecule but hardly people believe in that. So they go to temple, mosque, churches in search for him.

We are human so we try to understand God with our human brain. This is the reason there are so many man-made religions. Religious leaders from each religion needed a place to call their followers to so they built majestic temples, mosque, Churches etc. where till today they continue to brain wash people into thinking that their religion is the only true path to our deliverance.

It is a truth that god is in every molecule, so as a person I have to search god inside me, not out side. In order to get awakened one has to look inside, not out side.
If anyone search god in temple mosque or in church, as per ones religious believes, he will never find him.
Read the above line, “he will never find him” means understanding my self is knowing god, so we cannot find him in Church, Temple or in Mosque.
Church, Temple and Mosque are power symbol of organized religion, bread & butter of few religious members, in the name of god
Religious places are just assembling place for likeminded people that is people of the same belief, for mutual benefits
