could be an ear infection on the way or there is a thing called tinnitus that means that there are sounds or ringing in the ears

Ringing in the ears can be several things. I suggest seeing an ear, nose, and throat doctor to find out what yours is. More than likely it's a condition called tinnitus....sadly not much can be done for this condition. It's the nerves dieing in your ears and hearing loss accompanies it.

It is an ear problem, illness, disease?? I never know what to call it. My Husband had it and it is called TINNITUS.

Stop all coffee NOW and take Timed release Niacin. 750 Mg's.
The capillaries apparently start to clog and cause the noises. The caffeine apparently has an effect. My husband didn't stop the caffeine for many years, his hearing loss today is over 50% in both ears.

The timed release niacin helps open up the capillaries and stop the noises. They keep it behind the Pharmacy counter.

Good Luck.
