So, I'm in the 10th grade and she's in the ninth grade and I really like her but she's hasn't been in a relationship before but nither have I. She very smart and she cares about school a lot. Should I just ask (i just don't want to jepordize the friendship)?

Well you got the right idea so far. Just keep it friendly and dont push it too far with her. She probibly dont want to get in a serious relationship right now anyways sence shes into school. Focus on the long run. Keep in toch with her as long as you can if you really think she is a nice person .

Make sure she is totally into you first. You don't want to go and ruin a perfectly good friendship between the two of you. If it seems like she likes you, then go for it. No time like the present! :-)
Just ask when you two are only and ask simply, so that you don't make it awkward.

Just go for it, be sweet and sensitive to her, normally (not all however) Korean family's are very strict with whom their children go out with and hang out with, if there seems to be a problem with her family's approval try to prove yourself to them, be a gentleman (to any girl and all girls), and just be yourself.
Give it a shot you may be surprised with how it turns out!

ask her out and bring some chocolates and roses, then it will fall accdgly. good luck! make ur moves, after all is it you that can determine the situation, dont rush neither lag behind just be your self and make yourself neat and clean its all , and oh by the way bring your BALLS .

Take the girl for pizza or hamburgers or whatever it is kids your age can afford to eat. And see what happens from there.

if your really good friends go ahead and ask her but if your just casual acquaintances wait until you become good friends to ask her out. you don't want to ruin your friendship with her.

things like this usually dont work, but in your case since you've never had a girlfriend(can't imagine why) it seems like it might work, but most asian people are very traditional, not to say all, but from my experience.
