This guy I've know for a really long time, over a year now. We work in the same building but in different departments. He's always been hot and cold with me. And he goes through spurts, I know he doesn't have a girlfriend. We've become what you could call semi friends, but we never really chat it's more of kidding around. I'm very shy around him. He's 10 years younger then me. I'm 35 and he's 25. I know you guys are thinking why do I need advice at 35. But sometimes he acts like he at least wants to sleep with me. He will drop papers off and just glance at my chest. I'm a really nice girl, but sometimes I wear shirts just a little low cut. And lately I've noticed him glancing my way more. The thing today when I dropped something off at his area. I was waiting and from a distance I kept looking at him. He looked back but after that acted very weird toward me, distant I guess you could say. Why does he act like this? Does he think I'm unattractive or just to old for him?

He's a really nice guy who I don't think would want to hurt someone. Is it possible he just wants to sleep with me but knows this would be all it could be. And then feels he would hurt me? Guys if you liked a girl but didn't want a relationship with her. Would you avoid the situation to avoid hurting her?

He definately likes you & love you but feel shy as you are elder to him. Take a forward step & tell him you also likes & love him. Game will be over & he will come closer & closer to you as you wish.

It doesn't seem like he is overly interested in you. I think that you might be reading too much into his actions (like most women do). You didn't say if you liked the guy or not...if you do like the guy, you could just be hoping for him to feel the same way you feel about him, imagining what he feels for you.

Yes, sorry it's you. He's 25 and a hornball and youre too "old" for him.That boy is just looking to get laid. If youre into that go for it but, SERIOUSLY, get over it and find someone that's more your age.

Well most women seem to spend a lot of time & energy telling us guys that if all we want you for is your body then we must be jerks. So maybe he doesn't want to have you tell him he's a jerk.

sounds to me like he is scared to make any moves on you. Try asking him if he minds if you war forward. then ask him to dinner.
