I don't think this is the place you'll find them.
3600 Watts air cooled is quite large. 1.08 Megawatts total is quite huge as well. Do you have a personal power plant to operate your little project?

Do you now. Why reconditioned? You want to input 220volts and transform and then rectify this to 12 volts DC. Just get hold of some transformers and build your own with thyristors in a bridge

Are you sure you've got that right? 300amp? Do you mean 300Watt? 300 amp at 220V would be a load of 66 KW. Impossible. Check your data.
