I always dred the day when I end up getting fined for makeing an illegal turn, or someone gets hurt because of someone directing traffic from inside his car.

I shake my head no when this happens to me and go when I think it is safe to do so.

Rule of thumb...don't move. It's not about doing something illegal or someone giving up their right of way to you...this could be an accident setup and you'd be hard pressed to prove it and ticked off it happened to you.

I had fools hand signal me to walk out into traffic. Screw anyone who sits in a insection in their car and directs traffic.
