someone i dont love propose me and i dont know how to answer him..i dont want to hurt him but he's so good and caring about me..but i really dont love him and we are in the different religion too..he is muslim and i am catholic..what should i do?

You should tell them that as much as you care about them, you're just not ready for that kind of commitment (or relationship). Tell them it's nothing personal, but you wouldn't feel right agreeing to get married.
As far as religion goes, my husband and I have different religious beliefs and it does make things difficult sometimes. If it's that important to you to marry someone of the same faith, tell him. He deserves to know. If he cares about you, he'll understand.

Marry him because you feel sorry for him and don't want to hurt his feelings.
Just tell the poor guy the truth, and make haste! Don't lead him on by making him wait for an answer. He'll get over it.
