Just be honest with her and do it in person, and alone.....just let her down easy, "I think we've grown apart." "we dont talk like we used to." Whatever the reasons are, she needs to know them.

I'm sorry, I dont want to hurt you, but I need to be honest. This isn't working. I need some time to be alone but later in life maybe we can be friends.
I am so glad you decided to do this in a nice way instead of not caring about hurting her feelings.

Tell her you aren't feeling that you are compatible...have lost the connection, tell her the wonderful things you like/love about her, but say it isn't fair to her to stay in the relationship when your heart isn't feeling connected anymore.
If there are things that bug you about her...this is not the time to mention them...the time for that is over. If she really begs you to tell her if she did something wrong realize that...even if now you feel that she did, the main thing is that your heart isn't in it anymore.

wow .. why do you want to leave her? there is no nice way. by bf and i decided to take a break last week arounf this time and last sunday he sat at my work for over 2 1/2 hours dong nothign to only tell me eveyrthign was over (we were dating for over 2 years) be honest why you want to break up with her. dont leace her wondering and confused answer any questions she has for you. but be honest and do it face to face. be a man.

just tell her in a nice way. tell her all these nice things aobut her but you don't see chemistry. the sooner you tell her, the better. you can't lead her on, it's just gonna hurt her even more.
