I know how your feeling as i`m going through the exact same thing just now for the 2nd time since july and it isn`t any easier this time round either.
You just need to get out and keep busy,don`t dwell on the past.
You don`t say if he left you or you finished things.If it was you then call him and let him know how your feeling but if it was him then you`ve just got to accept his decision and move on,Unfortunately we can`t make people love and want to stay with us.
He may just need some time apart to realise how much he still loves you but be warned this happened to me with my ex and because i still loved him so much i agreed to take him back but things were never the same between us,it always felt like i was walking on eggshells around him always wanting to please him and make him happy and i couldn`t really be myself while he didn`t change at all.He left me and our son almost a month ago and this time i know it`s for good so i don`t have that little bit hope anymore.
If you are meant to be together then you will be,if not then you need to make a new life without him in it,goodluck,xx

If it's recent just phone or text him & get a reaction.
If it is positive you must discuss & sort out all the problems. If you love him tell him & if he has nissed you I am sure you can get him back providing he loves you also. For him to go there must have been a problem that you both must both sort out.
If you get no reaction then find someone else & be happy

Get envolved with something else to get your mind of it.
Ex. Flying a kite always works for me.

sometimes the best thing to do is move on, do not call him anymore leave him alone,,he then may miss you and come back..but beware it may not be the best thing...most of us guys like are alone time...pressure is not the answer...but in time day by day you will grow stronger ...i promise

if its fixable try to fix it, if he's done you wrong hold your chin high and get on with your life with the pride god gave you, if he is no longer here, im sorry for your loss, remember the good times and ive yourself time to grieve. good luck x
