Think I'm a nut? My dad came to me in dreams and gave me answers to questions. My brother in law has already contacted my sisters and I believe he has contacted me. I can't believe people will say Johns Edward is a fake, I'm sorry, then tell me about all the miracles of the world, tell me it all ends when you die. To me that is more ridiculous than to think there is another dimension or learning school, etc.. I just wanted to state a point. I'm not a nut.
Just open minded. Maybe those of you that don't want to believe will believe when your time comes.

An evil spirit would not come and tell us things that would keep us from evil. It may seem as pure "wanting" to connect to that person sure, but these signs are too obvious. Why would there by life after life before the resurrection? Because life is all about learning, and making yourself a better person. And the spirits are not upset because they cannot totally communicate because they understand what life is all about. They understand the pain of death is all too familiar. They understand we learn and some things "have" to happen to make us better in the end. I guess we have our own beliefs and it doesn't do any good to try and convince someone else of our own beliefs.

If Jesus spoke with Moses and Elijah at the transfiguration, before Peter, James, and John, I guess all things are possible.

If death is not completely final, then what's the point of life, knowing you won't really die? Rather, life after death seems constrictive. Sure, it would be great for us, contacting deceased relatives whom we thought we had lost forever. But what about for the deceased person? They can't communicate to us as freely as before and they're bound to eternal life as a spirit?
You may think you've contacted your brother-in-law, and you may THINK you can prove it is really him, but can you prove that it isn't an evil spirit?
I believe that when a person dies, he is dead. Final. But I also believe that they are in God's memory (as per the Bible) and they may be resurrected as humans on Earth.
All your claims are simply products of wishful thinking. We don't want to admit that the person is gone forever, so we accept any form of supernatural communication as originating from the person. Final death also adds value to life, knowing our time here is limited.

People grieve in different ways, especially when you love is so close to you.
It is hard to image that they are just resting and awaiting for a Resurrection to the Paradise Earth that is promised in the bible.
I am happy to report that as a Christian Witnesses for Jehovah, I believe what Jehovah tell us threw his written word, Ecc. 9:5, 10 informs us that the dead are unconscious and therefore no threat to the living nor can they communicate with us.

My sister came to me in a sort of dream, but it was strange. I was napping on my bed, for real and in my dream. She tapped on the window next to my bed and i pulled the curtains aside and there she was, like her younger and healthy self, looking just radiant. All she said was, "I am okay." And then I woke up, facing the window.

My father died and I didn't get to say goodbye. Months later, I saw him in his usual jeans, t-shirt and ball cap. He hugged me and said, "I am alright". I feel that in both instances they did come to me to reassure my guilt of not having seen them both in their last hour. I BELIEVE!
