I am not Atheist. There was a question posted asking why Athesit people would not convert. I wanted to see what answers would come out of the same question reversed. Calm down people. It amazes me that one can become so upset over a question that is posted by someone they do not know. Do not care to know. Will never know and most of all have absolutely no influence on their life whatsoever. '-)

*sigh*. Just look at the world. It is amazing. Where did it come from?? And you can't say air, because air came from somewhere too.... It came from NOTHING. How does that work??

Atheism is not a religion and one does not *convert* to it. That is a ridiculous comparison.
Atheism is the very lack of any religious belief.
If I understand it correctly what you are trying to ask is how much more proof do followers of organized religions have to have before they realize that it has no validity what so ever.
The answer is somewhere along the lines that if you truly believe, no proof is necessary and if you do not believe no proof will be sufficient. Words to that effect anyway.
Personally I follow the path of the ancients, I follow the path of the Great Mother. That is my personal faith.
When one has an opinion that is based on emotion all the facts in the world will not change it. You cannot argue with what is in a persons heart. It just will not work.
Good luck though.

Well, in order to have "more" proof, you would have to have some proof to start with. I've seen a lot of theorizing and a whole batch of speculation, but that hardly constitutes proof that God doesn't exist.

And even if you are right and I'm wrong, I will die with the knowledge that I had a happy, peaceful, and productive life. From what I've seen of some of the bitter, intolerant, angry atheists around here, I'm not sure that they're going to be able to say the same.

So I think I'll just stick with my Christian beliefs and leave you to your atheism.

Well you have to realize that a lot of religious people NEED to believe in something. They don't want to have to consider the possibility that this life is the only one they get and there might be nothing afterward. It can be quite scary for some people. They want to be able to believe there is a larger person out there that made everything, and who is watching over them, instead of being all alone in the universe.

I believe in the existence of create.

Atheists deny the existence of create.

Through observing the rational logic in intelligent observation, they seem to forget that creativity is very much alive.

Example:

Technology was created by man.
Automobiles are created by man.
Computers are created by man.
Clothes are created by man.

Authenticating relative in a belief.

Yet they deny the existence of create.

So what is going to make me convert to atheism that denies the existence of create?

Man grows food.
Man raises cattle.
Man plants trees.
Man procreates.

But man cannot create food, cattle, trees or life.

So what is going to make me convert to atheism that denies the existence of create?

There's nothing they would accept. I asked this question a few days ago, and that was the consensus. Nothing would ever disprove god. And if you can never be wrong, how do you ever know if you're right?

Just let people believe what they believe, whether you agree or not...It's generally how the most accepting of society are..
