'Duel' citizens as you put it, I would use dual citizens in this case. I strongly believe that trinidadians should be allowed to be active in society.

Thats the problem with Trinidad, people need to travel more and learn more about the world, so that they can go back and implement some of what they have learn't in a positive direction for the better of the country.

Is it jealousy that some get to leave and come back with all these wonderful ideas of how they can improve things, and the ones that were left behind are like 'Hmmm why didnt I think of that'?

A trini will be just that until the day he or she dies.

Yes,i believe that duel citizens should be welcomed back into active society in Trinidad and Tobago.I am a Trinidad&Tobago citizen and i have not lived at home in the last three years. That fact does not mean i am out out touch with reality at home, one day i plan to have duel citizenship. However ,it's unfair because someone has duel citienship to judge them based upon that for their functioning capability. It is to me about beingPatriotic and my willingness to serve my country.
