You could have had a panic attack... I hope you are O.K. now. and I wish you the best...

To help answer your question I looked up some information.

Marijuana raises the heart rate by as much as 50 % . People who have both hypertension and atherosclerosis are the most likely to suffer a stroke.

All of the impacts of smoking or ingesting marijuana are not yet known because long-term studies on its effects are still underway. It is known that marijuana affects the brain by interfering with the ability to think, to understand, to judge, and to solve problems. Marijuana also slows reaction time and hinders coordination and visual perception.

A stroke can present itself in many ways, but some of the more common symptoms are a sudden weakness or numbness in the face, arm, and/or leg on one side of the body; loss or slurring of speech or difficulty in understanding others speak; unexplained unsteadiness, and persistent falling to one side. It is possible; however, to suffer a mild stroke and experience minor degrees of these symptoms.

Prevention of stroke mainly involves control of high blood pressure and other risk factors such as smoking and high cholesterol intake.

Since marijuana raises the heart rate... and high blood pressure can cause a stroke... you should really consider this risk factor...

Smoking marijuana can cause many affects on the body. It speed sup your heart rate, while slowing down reactors, this creates disorientation. Sensors are also increased creating a new state of awareness, as I'm sure we all know.

Anxiety is also a major affect of such. Believe it or not, due this, you might have thought you had a stroke. Also, do you know what was in it? Possibilities is that its been laced if you feel screwed up, well morethan usual. Stay off of it for a few, I know its rough, and see how you're feeling. Better safe than sorry.

I seriously think you had a form of a panic attack. I get panic attacks and once while having one I went all numb..couldn't talk or move. I really thought I was having a stroke. And I don't smoke weed anymore cos I get really panicky and then start feeling like I may havea heart attack. I think if you had a real stroke you'd be suffering still. You probably got some dank weed and was wayy too high lol
