How about both?

Suppose man was created using evolution as part of an intelligent design?

That agrees with both science and religion.

Heart hopes for creationism, brain says evolution.

During our lifetimes we have seen evolution in action (Penicillin resistant bacteria is now a major concern) so its hard to say it doesnt exist. But it is nice believing in a creator and a heaven.
