I dont know if it is computer strain or what, but I have gotten into the bad habit over the past few years of raising my eyebrows , while blinking. IT is kind of like I am readjusting or refocusing my eyes and it feels like I am releiving tension in my forehead or eyes, it is not something I cannot control, it is just like a strong urge to do this constantly , repeatedly, especially after I have been on the computer long time. I have even gotton lines on my forehead from doing it so much. Anybody else know about this? Is this a more serious condition than eye strain perhaps?

From what you have told us, I would say, it is simply a bad habit which you have developed possibly from eye strain and just became a habit. You will have to entrain yourself not to do it. Stay in the habit of relaxing your face. Do facial exercises to relieve tension. Some people have what is called a "tic" which makes them continually do the same things over and over usually it involves the face, but can be speaking, jerking, any uncomfortable muscle movements that are done over and over and evidently become uncontrollable. Best wishes for recovery.
