is she preggers? or maybe a urinary blockage? or intestinal blockage? though if that were the case she'd probably be throwing up. The drinking lots of water would maybe indicate a urinary tract infection. just take her to the vet as soon as u can

When my Cat started to lick the faucet and had a puffy belly it was a kidney problem.

That doesn't sound so good- The puffiness anyway. Since she's eating and drinking well, I'm tempted to say worms. But the vet could tell you more.
Good luck!

GO TO THE VET!!
Is she going pee and poo OK?
If she eats or likes to lick or chew things that are not food, she may have an intestinal obstruction.
Could be a viral infection, also. It could be that she's developed diabetes(cats sometimes overeat and become very thirsty).
Don't let her eat until she sees the vet(let her drink water, though).

Just too many unanswered questions - such as her age and health history. For instance, has she moved her bowels? A tender tummy could indicate some sort of fecal impaction. You are wise to have a vet check her out before they close down for the weekend.

When cats over eat they usually have worms. Try a worming tablet. I have just had the same thing with my cat and I had to give her 2 doses of worming tablets. She would just eat and eat.

She is probably getting a little chubbier! When they do that, their belly is sensitive. Give her diet cat food. That will help her a bit.

I am not sure but i think your cat ate too much. And i don't think you have to worry because i think the cat's stomach was full and you pushed her stomach too much.
