Is there any way to see my past software that I uninstalled so I can find ALL entries that are still in my registry? I'd like to clean it up. (Any/All uninstalled software)

I have never run into this before. I havent even heard of any software that does this.

have you ever tried "CCleaner", i have used it multiple times to clean the registry and havent had to restore it yet.

and its free.

Try going to My Computer> C drive> Program Files. I've found a lot of stuff there that I had previously deleted, but still linger on in there. Delete the folders you no longer use. You can also download Free Windows Registry Repair. It does a great job.
