Will the wrong Base Curve on contacts hurt me?

I just got new contacts that I ordered online, and the BD+C is 8.3. I just checked my old ones, and the BC is 8.4. I tried them on and they seem fine. Is this going to cause a problem?

I mean the BC is 8.3. Not BD+C

Yes it could scratch Ur eye & cause U a great deal of pain. I suggest U have the doc look at it.
