It is mostly true, but there are still a lot of mysterious about evolution, there's no doubt about that.. So calling it scientific fact just leaves creationists room to criticize our weak areas.

I really wish there were more intelligent questions on this site. I am so tired of the obvious "stir the pot, I need some attention" posts.

properly, all of us with some education in the challenge can see for themselves the appalling lack of awareness displayed by the creationists in the solutions right here! Now, it fairly is the way it incredibly works: The mayor fundies desperate that concept of evolution is evil through fact it makes their advent myths pointless. The mayor fundies arise with some misinterpretation they unfold between the minor fundies. Now, this works high-quality through fact the minor fundies in basic terms touch with medical subjects is the texts and web pages created by the mayor fundies. The minor fundies do not comprehend that the mayor fundies at the instant are not experts of evolution (concept they could be able to comprehend a CV) yet swallows each be conscious without thinking. They pass on by copying and pasting those "arguments" and incredibly think of they have been given a factor. That the medical community, each and all of the colleges and ninety 9.ninety 9% of the biologists evaluate evolution as a reality may cause them to think of two times, yet they don't.....

No it does not. Evolution is a fact insofar as it happens. We know that for a fact. The only mysteries are how/when/why it happens, but even those, we have a pretty good idea of.

And I have yet to meet a Christian who was able to criticize weak areas of Evolution without resorting to "my grandpa lives in Florida, he's not a monkey, thus evolution is false." Most do not bother to learn Evolution well-enough to realize what the weak areas even are.

If you know any intelligent Creationists that can actually stand up in a debate without reverting to childish insults, let me know.

you get it all wrong , there is no single fact about evolution, the creationist are not confused either, but honestly bro, you evolutionist are the most confused set of people on this planet, just think about this, "aves evoluved into mama" ok, so tell me, to which of the mammalian family, the bovines or the rodents or the primates or the masupials , if the the bovines comes first, then it now turned into what the primates ?. how do you justify the nonsense that some wolfs evolved into whales , very funny.

Well, both evolution and creationism are in the theory stage-- neither can be called absolute fact.
Vader said that creationists need to prove evolution wrong-- but theory does not work that way in science. You must prove your own ideas with fact.

When either side calls their belief absolute, I think we all lose by not finding what the truth is.
Its an argument that will go on probably far past my own lifetime...

The fact that evolution occurrs is fact. The only debate comes in with the mechanism causing the evolution.

No, you can call it fact if it helps you feel better. It doesn't confuse me in the slightest. To be honest with you I wouldn't even criticize one who truly believes it. I might pity him but I would love him just the same.

I am not looking for reasons to criticize. Frankly, that would be unchristian. I respect your right to believe, worship or not what ever or whoever you like.

I do get minorly bothered at times by many of the blatant attempts to incite others of not the same faith or of faith and visa versa, but such are the failings of unenlightened men.

A basic tenant of my faith:

We claim the privilege of worshiping almighty God according to the dictates of our own conscience and allow all men the same privilege let them worship how where or what they may.

Facts are incapable of being proven false. So far, none of the "facts" of evolution are capable of being proven. If evolution were true, we would see evidences of one species becoming a new species today. Nothing in recorded history shows a single virus or bacteria evolving. Though they do mutate, but they are still a virus or bacteria.

Is it so impossible that there is a God, and that He did create all that exists? So far, no other "theory" is plausible.

No.

The process of genetic mutation leading to evolution is a fact.

Specific theories of evolution, such as human evolution, are still up for debate, but the process itself is not.

They can go after the details all day and it won't change the fact that it happened. You are right, there are details that are missing. Mostly how it moved so fast at times. But that has absolutely nothing to do with the big idea.

We've had 150 years to gather the facts of evolution. Christians have had 2,000 years to gather their facts, and the best they can come up with is Creationism. Sad.
