Sexism is against the teachings of Jesus Christ and the Catholic Church:
Created in the image of the one God and equally endowed with rational souls, all men have the same nature and the same origin. Redeemed by the sacrifice of Christ, all are called to participate in the same divine beatitude: all therefore enjoy an equal dignity.
The equality of men rests essentially on their dignity as persons and the rights that flow from it:
Every form of social or cultural discrimination in fundamental personal rights on the grounds of sex, race, color, social conditions, language, or religion must be curbed and eradicated as incompatible with God's design.

The one exception is the ordination of women about which the Catechism of the Catholic Church currently states:
The Lord Jesus chose men to form the college of the twelve apostles, and the apostles did the same when they chose collaborators to succeed them in their ministry.
The Church recognizes herself to be bound by this choice made by the Lord himself. For this reason the ordination of women is not possible.

What do you mean? If you want to try to insinuate the Catholic Church doesn't appreciate woman you are wrong. The Catholic Church honors women more than any other denomination. We venerate the Blessed Virgin Mary, the Lords finest creation yet. Women have a wonderful place in the Church. Many women today do not like the role that they must play in the Church because they want to be priests and such but, the clergy's role is to stand in for Jesus and Jesus was a male and not a female. The Bible tells us that women are not to be in a position over men and that's because a wife is to be subject to her husband so a woman in the Church is not to be over a man.

Through women God the Father created a male child to be born which is the Savior of the world. Through this simple woman, her "yes" to the miraculous, her faith leads all people to her son Jesus the Christ. Thus Mary, and all women are honored, (not worshiped) as witnesses to Christ.
