no no and uh... did i mention no? Hazel eyes, fair skin, glasses... NO PURPLE HAIR! It would completly clash with the hazel eyes. If you want some conformity I would say a deep brown but if you want something kinda different I would go with a red, not a CHERRY red, like a deep red, something thats vibrant but laid back, so it doesn't look like you're trying to hard. Peace out and Much love, stay mellow.

Hi Karyn,
To each his own...I think you should go with a funkier style. You know how some females have the blonde on the top pieces of hair and a different color on the rest...I think that would look nice but with the purple instead of the blonde. If your hair is black like the pic to the left with the purple on top. That's nice ... I think if you go too light it will look "ashy" after while. I think purple hair can still look nice, just remember when picking your exact color that you want it to go with a teeshirt and jeans as well as something professional shall you need to dress that way. If you don't want to look like everyoe else that's cool just make sure that it works for you. Maybe hold something similar in color up to your face and see how it all meshes together. If you think it looks incorrect when you do that, maybe it won't look too flattering in your hair. Just remember YOU have to like how it looks.

In my opinion, hazel eyes + purple hair is not the best look in the world, especially if you wear glasses.
The main rule when you have conservative-type glasses is to keep conservative-style. Because if you change style, then either change type of glasses that will match your style, or the best thing is to get contacts, then you never should worry about glasses. I am doing the second one; since I change my style often, I just have contacts and don't worry about it.

I would go with a more electric purple, you know really bright, but not a darker purple. One of my friends had a true purple color and it looked great. I recomend getting a semi-permanent color, that way it can fade out a little as your hair grows out, and it will damage your hair less.
Good luck!

Well, it doesn't sound good to me, but I've never really been one for eccentric hair colors... If you have dark hair already, maybe purple highlights?

I have to say....purple nor pink do not appeal to me. Maybe a nice chestnut or auburn hair color?

If you MUST have weird coloured hair, then try doing only the ends or streaks. Or maybe just dye it a normal colour.
