I suppose you can express your desire for her and ask her how she felt about it. Let her think about it and let her make her own decision about whether it is something she wants to do. Don't pressure her and don't nag her over and over again. If she wants to do it, she will. If not, then she won't. If you make her do it out of guilt, then you aren't going to get a very good one and she'll just resent you for it. So in the end, all you can really do is to let her know your desires and let her come to her own decision.
For what it's worth, I do it for my bf because I want to. I know it pleases him and that makes me happy. If your gf takes pleasure in making you happy and meet your needs, then she will probably come to the same decision, but it's really up to her.
