Christianity does not want them I AM NOT HOMOPHOBIC, I AM NOT CHRISTIAN. I get the same feeling in my stomach when i see 2 men kiss as i do when i see two fat people kiss. I just wanna know why you would wanna join a club that doesn't really want you. Ever think of starting your own homosexual friendly religion? Stop trying to insult ME! Im way to cool for that.

Okay, I guess I get what you are saying. I'm not homosexual or Christian, so I can't give a first-hand reason, but I would assume that it has a lot to do with external forces. Perhaps it's all they know, or their families are Christian so they stick with it. Maybe they just believe in God and want to have a relationship with him and Jesus. Just because the Bible says that something is bad doesn't necessarily make it so. It's a paradox, though. I'll grant you that.

People do all kinds of stuff that's against the bible. The only difference is, depending on the time and place, people hold certain "teachings" to be more important than others. Look at all the rich Christians there are. Seems like a lot of camels plan on getting through the eye of a needle...

I guess that they can believe in god, same as anyone else. They probably feel that the verses that speak against homosexuality are outdated, same as the verses that give the penalty for rape, same as the ones that order unbelievers to be put to death. No one believes we should stone women who have sex before marriage anymore either.

Christians are famous for saying that some parts of the bible don't apply to today's society. I don't understand why Christians believe it is so wrong for gays to follow this belief that is so popular in the church.

Why would anyone (gay or straight) try so hard to be part of Xtianity???

Do homosexuals want to be part of xtianity? Or is this a hypothetical? They have too much style to be part of that lame-O organization. But I guess if they do want to be xtian so badly, they can just do what they've always done and become priests.

Being a Christian is not just for the so-called "normal" people.

Christianity is for anyone who has a relationship with God/Christ.

There are no perfect people walking around on earth.

It seems that you don't like gays or fat people and what do you mean by club? It's not that in the first place so start there.

I don't think homosexuals try to be part of Christianity. It's not a "club" to them. I think they believe in what Jesus the Christ taught and are trying to follow his directives. That's all.

The reason anyone wants to be "part of Christianity" is that they believe in God, in Jesus, and in what Christianity is.
