I HAVE MY PARENTS LIVING WITH ME, AND THEY HAVE MORE THAN 3,300 INCOME APIECE. I PAY ALL THEIR BILLS AND SUPPORT THEM MORE THAN 50%. CAN I CLAIM THEM AS DEPENDENTS FOR 2007.

You can claim something better! You can claim yourself as "Head of Household" and list them as dependents. Just make sure they aren't claiming the same thing and you'll be fine. Head of Household just means you are the one paying the majority of the common expenses, mortgage, utilities, etc AND lets you get the deductions for dependents. But you have to check how your parents are filing so that you don't end up claiming each other...that would be fraud.
