Your question is kind of hard to understand...but I think you mean your sister is a user and doesn't parent her child very well, and is now stealing from your sick grandfather. Number one talk with your mom about your grandpa's credit card thing and see what she thinks. Number two, be there for your nephew as a friend and confidant (just don't talk trash about your sis to him, after all she IS his mother). Number three, cut your sister off, tell her you don't agree with the way she is acting and you are pissed she took advantage of grandpa and until she repays all the money she owes to everyone and apologizes, you don't want to speak to her again.

She broke the law. Your mother should call the police and have her arrested. If your grandfather is sick with Alzheimer's, he did not know what he was doing. Your mother should also take control of your grandfathers finances so others cannot take advantage of him. There is a law against what she did. More than likely the court would not put her in jail but they would tell her to pay it back and put her on probation. Don't let her get away with it.

Your sister has broken the law.She used your grandfathers creditcard without proper consent.I suggest you call the police and have her charged with defrauding her grandfathers money. Also your mum needs to apply for power of attorney for your grandfathers money. There is a legal process of signing papers etc .Its not just for this issue of your sister but as he is sick he may get caught out again by strangers.Elderly people can be taken advantage of.

Well, sounds like your sister is a real winner. I believe that her taking your grandfather's credit card and using it may constitute abuse of an elder and theft. Check with your local police. Good luck.

Sit down, chill out, get your head together then learn how to spell and how to properly express yourself. Second, you have done well, why? Because venting a very good thing to do.
