my hair looks really bad in a ponytail... i have a a round face and down i have a side part... i want my hair to look really good(w/ no fly aways... help w/ thos would b nice 2) and im not sure wat 2 do... plz help me find a good haircut(shoulder length right now) or style or ideas plz!!!

i have silky light (multi toned)brown hair... it gets messed up really easy and doesnt hold shape really well(o nd i also have small side swept bangs)

If you want to still wear your hair in a ponytail after the haircut, just get long layers tailored towards your face. I use a hair product called Straighten Out by FX special effects - it smooths frizzies and flyaways after shower. (you can find it at Walmart) After your hair is dry, then style in a ponytail. Pull down bangs on forehead and pull a few layered tendrils to come down by your cheeks. Apply a light hair spritz and off ya go. That's what I have to do with my round faced self. You should try it.

heres wat you do... buy a big bottle of gel... right after you wash your hair [works best at this time] then put the gel all over your hair [or at least the outside part that everyone sees in a ponytail] then you just bring it up [bumps will look alrite if there are lil ones and not completely over-taking (lolz)] and make sure your ponytail is able to be seen above your head... know what i'm saying? also try to make ur hair [that is hanging] kinda go to the sides... like... make it broad/wide... you can do this by pulling your hair into two different directions and u got it!!!

Get your hair cut into layers and then get some highlights it will look fab. If you get layered hair always straiten it unless you are going to a dance or prom or anything like that. You should also try to just part it to the side or something. Also if you get bangs and put them to the side and then you put your hair up then it would look really nice.

New haircut idea's is get side sweep bangs and a layer. If you just want new simple styles instead of a pony tail you can do....5 minute styles are a bun, down natural or low pig tails.......10 minute styles are down wavy with mousse...15 minute styles are down strait with a straightener! Also if you wear a low pony tail try wearing a high pony tail! These are all the style and haircut i use and have! so...good luck!

Try a half ponytail, bun, or maybe braids.
Grow your hair a little longer than shoulder length and ask your hair dresser to layer it. A waterfall layer. So your hair starts at around chin length and slowly gets longer and longer.

You can go to a salon, they have books with styles for all hair types and lenghts. Look through them and see if there is something you like, ask the hairdresser if she can help you.

let your hair down
go for hair treatment
shampoo regularly
use hair wax cream once a week
use hair gel for styling to hide wind blown hair
do not use hairspray or sooner your hair will turn white which you will hate.
clip part of hair with chopsticks(sold at accessories shops) and part of the hair untied.

do u have sliky, frizzy or both??it depends on wht type ur' hair is...i guess u could frizze it, u can do frenchbraids...not 1..but 2..they will look super cute...n also let it down..it looks cute tht way too...n half ponytails wont work either...buns wonts..but messy buns will...try different types...play with the hair..thts wht i do..lol

cut ur hair in layers.cut ur bangs to where they go off to the side or to where they can go either way.also leave ur hair down and either straighten ur hair or flip the ends.try it,it might look cute!!
