Same difference. Iron deficiency can be the cause of anemia, although there can be other causes of anemia such as blood loss or chronic disease. (Anemia is where you don't have enough red blood cells or hemoglobin to carry oxygen to the tissues that need it, resulting in tiring to easily, weakness, etc.)
