I love you = sarang heyo: 사랑해요
I like you = jo-ah heyo: 좋아해요
"Don't call me Sweetie" is harder. Someone may be able to top it, but I suggest this: Sweetie rago booruji maseyo: 스위티 라고 부르지 마세요. Unless you want the Korean word for Sweetie, which is yeobo (the 'eo' sound is close to the sound 'o' makes in dog). Then it would be 여보 라고 부르지 마세요.

More formally, you could say "Na-nun tangshin-ul sarang hamnida" = "I love you".
