I'm 29, does that count me in as a young woman in your opinion? (That was a rhetorical question)

Anyways, the answer is yes, when I have had a cold and my nose was so stuffed that I couldn't breathe through it, so I was forced to breathe with my mouth open. Extra mucous can cause snoring when you have a head cold. Drinking alcohol can also cause snoring on sporadic occasions.

Hey...from a guy's perspective, a snoring woman is irresistible. To me...a woman who cannot be ugly, is not pretty. Snoring is a "flaw" that no one can hold back. Snoring is not bad, it represents a deep sleep in which REM is involved, so if someone is snoring, it means they feel comfortable enough to totally disconnect from the conscious world.

When I sleep on my back, I breathe heavily. When I have a cold I tend to snore once or twice though.
It's not to the level of my husband's snoring, but when I have a stuffy nose, watch out!

Well how can a girl really know if she snores during her sleep? When you're asleep you cant see what you're doing, unless someone tells ya. I've been told I don't snore

Yup, and my husband has always said that I have a cute little snore. He said that even before we were married.

Yep when I had been working 20 hrs straight leaned my head back just when my husband leaned in to kiss me and I ripped out a snoreeeeeee while sitting straight up

haha! ya im sure everyone has once in their life wheather they realized it or not! my sis and boyfriend say that i snore when i sleep but w.e. i dont think i do! but who knows......i mean ppl sleep when they snore so how do you know unless someone tells you!
