I left a New 1/2 gallon bottle of 2% Reduced Fat Milk out for almost 2 hours...when i found it it the bottle was still cold. I opened it and it didn't have a smell...i tasted it but it tastes fine to me...but just a tad different from an old bottle i had in the fridge. this might be because of the temperature difference...one is colder than the other...i don't know though...should i get rid of the new bottle?

Its fine, believe me, you would know if it was bad, it would smell bad and taste like rotten feet, (and it has a god awful aftertaste).

2 hours is not long enough to worry about, besides the milk has passed the tests of taste & smell you have put it through, put it right back in the fridge it isn't spoilt so will do no damage.

Nope, don't worry. Just stick back in the fridge and wait until it cools.

It won't kill anyone. It won't make you sick either. I left milk out overnight and found it to be fine in the morning.
