Not only that but the Catholics don't follow God's word. Starting with the Commandments and then their plan of salvation...where in the bible did you see baptism of children?? You must repent first before being baptized, a child cannot do that.

OK. I am not Catholic, but all of you Protestants simply are jealous of the success of Catholicism. Can any of you claim 1 billion followers? No. Also, did you know that John Calvin was a ****ing bigot. He had Michael Servetus burned at the stake in Geneva because he saw him as a threat to his power and because Michael rejected the Trinity. Also, Lutherans and Calvinists committed just as many atrocities in the Thirty Years' War. They TEND to be more racially bigoted. For example, just as many Germans are Lutherans as are Catholics. The early settlers of America were mainly Protestants who hated and tortured Native Americans. Salem Witch Trials? Protestants were so racist toward Irish and Italian immigrants who were generally Catholic. In fact, Catholics are still looked upon with suspicion in this country. Did you ever notice how Protestants tended to exclude Catholics and restrict their rights in countries where Protestants were a majority? Look at the histories of England (the anti-Catholic loyalty oathes), Germany (the persecution of Catholics under Hitler), and Switzerland (the murder of Catholics in Geneva)? Look it up on the Internet. You might learn your history. SO PLEASE, STOP WHINING!

Sorry, chum, but there are as many Protestant clergymen convicted of child molestation every year as there are Catholic priests.

And let's talk about the Catholics who were slaughtered by Protestants in England and other European countries, shall we? How about the Salem witch trials -- Protestant Puritans were responsible for that delightful little episode in our country's history. The bottom line is don't point a finger at anyone else because there will be four fingers pointing back at you.
This is one Catholic who's tired of all the bigotry and lies being spread about my faith by those who haven't studied Catholicism and don't have a dim clue about what we REALLY believe.

definite, via fact if truth be told Catholicism and Evangelical Christianity incorporate a similar middle theory: Christ, via fact the Son of God, grew to become incarnate, died on the circulate, and God rose him from the ineffective. See additionally the Nicene creed, for such grew to become into generic to direction out the Arian heresy in the 4th century, hence the Nicene Creed is frequently utilized in liturgical churches as a fact of religion. The Catholics additionally use this creed. All in all it relies upon on the religion of the guy and whether or no longer they have faith in what Christ carried out.

I'm Baptist, and there are many examples of preachers stealing money from the church, having sex with women (and men), and doing all types of things that are wrong. Catholicism was so entwined with politics for so long that it was able to spark so many wars. I don't know if any protestant religions caused a war, but they did result in witch hunts and various other tragedies throughout history.

Salem Witch Trials. Done not by Catholics, but by Puritans I believe.
No denomination of any religion is without its faults and without its bad members. You have to look for the greater good done by religions.

Lets see, there were the Salem Witch trials, the slaughter of millions of Jews by anti-Catholic heretics during the black plague, the slaughter of millions of Catholics by Protestants during the Protestant 'revolution', the slaughter of Catholics by the Anglican Church...
And that's just off the top of my head.
