There is a verse in the Bible that if you get thrown with a rock then throw a bread back(a fresh one possibly) and if someone robs you of a piece of cloth then give him another piece too and if you are attacked then don't defend yourself cause the vengeance is God's and to pray for your enemy and love them.
So I think this is kinda impossible from my point of view because even if I submit to another persons will and let myself be robbed I will still not like that person too much.
Okay I will not seek vengeance if I get the upper hand but I still would feel pissed at that person in myself.
This command is confusing to me because it seems to ask almost impossible.
What do you think of it?

This commandment is an ideal, and one can try to live up to it. I think the main way to do that is to realize that whatever that person is doing, they usually are not too concerned with you - but with their own problems and issues. They have issues as much (or more) than you do.
I would say you should try to live up to this ideal, but don't beat yourself up too much if you don't fully succeed.
