I was just wondering which race has the strongest immune system because I know white and american people in general get sick SO FAST and they have so much allergies, but us middle easterns don't get sick as much and we are less suseptible to bacterial and viral infections. Because I don't know anyone in my family who has ANY type of allergy........ wierd.......but 90% of my white friends have an allergy from a fruit or an animal or something. Just need your thoughts. I'm middle eastern, and fully arabian blood, and I got a cold yesterday and I was sneezing and been decongested for ONE day and the cold went away by the second day's morning and I never had a cold or flu virus more than 4 days. I truly think that people that use less anti-bacterial stuff have stronger immune systems. Thanks for answering all!

I'm not sure if there really is an answer to your question. If you think about how many diseases, genetic or not, there are in the world every single one of them has a preference as to what race or nationality it is most commonly found in.
Examples:
*Sickle cell anemia occurs mostly in people with African roots.
*Lupus occurs in mostly people with African or Hispanic roots.
While it would be nice to know that there is a certain race or nationality that is more immune that others, I'm just not sure there really is.

Actually strongest immune system means low death rate having very low amount of diseases, I don't remember name but there is a part in China where most people live more than 80 years. China is the country having strongest ecosystem. Hence they have high population. Main reason would be their diet. Most Chinese eat low diet consisting of insects and meat. Ant has more protein than turkey.

I think those with african origins and those with arabian origins have one of the strongest immunities,but then, there is a tribe in Africa or Papua New Guinea who are immune to the aids virus,i can't remember which of them it is now,but anyone who is immune to this virus has a super-human immune system.

I'm not sure, but I have heard that black people respond to pain more than white people. That's just what I heard, but I don't know if it's true.
This is a random answer, but I am interested to know too.
