It needs a feature that will allow the pressure to be adjusted from 10 psi to 60 psi.

I think you need to define your requirements better. The pressure and flow generated by a centrifugal pump generally depends on the piping attached to it and/or the difference in heights between the inlet and outlet (the so-called head pressure). Higher pressure means lower flow, and vice versa, etc...

If you need constant flow and varying backpressures, then you need a positive displacement pump (as opposed to a centrifugal pump). Off the top of my head, I think Moyno makes a pump that would meet your flow & pressure requirements, although those are more typically used for viscous fluids.
