I will not insult you. You might have a bit of a psychological issue. Sucking one's thumb, in my opinion, shows one's boredom and isolation from the world. You may have high-stress tension in your life that you wish to eliminate through sucking your thumb. Sucking your thumb could mean boredom. Probably, it means that you are insecure. Just do not do it. Also, never shake your legs or feet when sitting down, a sign of mental insanity.

Some kind of security blanket when you feel a little depressed. Does the habit makes you sleep at once or does it keep you awake? if it does keep you awake, maybe you should consult an authority on behavioural symptoms and they could help.

it could just mean that you have an oral fixation or you could be insecure with yourself i don't know it could mean a number of things
