* On the sleep thing, the "average" teenager actually truly needs 9+ hours of sleep every night. With the dramatic changes their body is going through during these years, the body requires more rest. Most parents don't actually know/understand this, but it is a proven fact.

HA BIG problems? I'm 13 so where do i begin? uh how about guys, popularity, grades, b**ch fights, rumors, friends, picking sides, learning who your enemies are,......the list goes on and on adults don't get ehat kids go through in highschool they think its all about learning like in was back in teh old days and its not its survival of the richest
