I lost my 10-99 forms. I need them from 2004 to 2006. Im a fisherman working on different boats different companies. Do I call all the companies or should the irs send me duplicates?? thanks for your help

You can contact the individual companies or IRS for a copy of 1099-MISC forms.

You need to do this from the agency that issued the original 1099 Irs requst isnt going to do you any good .. I had to do this last year and i'm legally tax exempt state and federal (1099R's) But the IRS forgot that.. which is OK.. means they owed me money LOL
