Remember, suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem. Find someone to talk to, even if it is online, or it can be someone like a therapist or guidance counselor. Try to find things that distract you from your thoughts...this is very important, and it could be a hobby, or social events, or a sport, etc. Also, doing nice things for others (volunteer work, baking brownies, anything that makes others' happy) will do you lots of good. Get enough rest. Tell yourself things will work out, and make a plan so that they will. Make a plan, and work your plan. If you think you are depressed, you might seek the help of a counselor of some type who can help you take the appropriate steps. Know that there are others' who feel similar to you, you aren't alone. Talk to God, if you believe in God. Best wishes.

My answer is that 1st: seek help for something you can't solve on your own, there are great doctors who deal with depression every day and there are many medications that can help you get and get going
2nd: once you feel like addressing the root cause go to talk therapy, this forces you to examine what the the root cause of the problem is, family, work, stress, control issues, etc.
3rd: if you have considered suicide then call today, these problems are very common and there are very reliable cures to make life fun again, you only get one

LIFE IS OF TWO DAYS- ONE DAY TO CRY AND
ONE DAY TO LAUGH.
Everyone has to face some or other complications in life.i think dieying is never a solution rather it should not be.if u have some problem try to be cool, understand it, take help of ur friends or family members and then find out the solution.life is full of experinces, no one knowes what experience u get while facing this problem.if its a good experi then its ok but if it is a bad one don't be sad bec it will teach u about life.so try out new things to avoid ur problem but don't neglect.

Dont die till your times up!!!!! depression is an illness not a life sentence, with time and support you can move through this, TRULY, i know it doesnt feel like it but you will just have to trust the advice of all of us who have been there, it takes some longer than others but truly you can get through this, i suffered for a few years and it was debillitating but things are so defferent now, and if id have acted on some of my thoughts then i wouldnt be here typing to you now. Suicide isnt the answer and if you are considering it i thik you need to call someone up that your close to and let them kow so they can help you, if you dont have anyone to call then talk to you doctor. But please please stick it out. You can get through this.

Suicide is not a solution to any problem. One's suicide will be the problem of others(his/her family members.
You cannot solve the problem by death and it is a sin because you are passing the problem to others to escape.
You cannot stop time, it will run on its own and on its way it drives away all the problems.
Just beleive in God and wait for the dawn
Never take any hasty decision, which cannot be mended.
HAVE A NICE DAY AND MAKE IT A GREAT DAY !
GOOD LUCK !

Dear,
First of all understand life, To understand it try to understand the essence of Bagavad Geetha,
Whatever happened, it happened for good!
Whatever is happening is also happening for good!
Whatever will happen, that too will be for good!
What have you lost for which you weep?
What did you bring with you, which you have lost?
What did you produce, which has perished?
Whatever you have taken, it is taken from here!
Whatever is yours today, will be somebody else’s tomorrow! And it will be some others’ later. This change is the law of the universe. Dear friend,This verses have always had great meaning to me,all thru the good times and bad times I have experienced so far in my life. These verses gave me the strength to overcome the tough times.
Hope this give you peace of mind,
Good Luck

The only thing you can control about a situation is how you react to it. This mantra helps a lot.
For a more innovative approach to anxiety, try this Thought Field Therapy stuff at http://www.trauma-pages.com/s/tft.php
You're not alone - take it a few minutes at a time - then a few hours at a time, etc.

We can't control all aspects of our life, but life is surely preferable to dying. Talk to somebody you trust about how you are feeling and seek medical help.
