My knee feels as though I need to crack it like it's locked up...I think it's just a bit of fluid build up...what do you think....and if anything what can I do to get rid of it or do I have to wait it out.

i have bad knee problems also. doctor said the cartilage was breaking down in my knees, they get very painful at times and not much helps, find a good brace to support it and get to your doctor so they can check you out.

um ok my gym teacher said to stech out alot you should try touching your toes without bending your knees or try doing the butter fly hold your feet together on the floor and move your knees up and down with your feet together
