As long as both of you aren't seeing anybody it's okay but why not date if you both like eachother and made out. What's a reason not to?
Go for it and ask him out! Take him to the movies or something or ask him to be your Valentine. If he really does like you he'll say yes so why not go ahead and make the first move?

nah thts not weird ure just a couple of (hopefully) single people who love to have fun and might work into datin but for now just enjoy it and have fun
